Terms of Use

By using Yoga, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and responsibilities as a user.

By accessing or using Yoga (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including registered and premium users.

Yoga is a wellness application designed to support users with yoga, meditation, movement, and related wellness content. The App may include:

  • Yoga and meditation sessions
  • Personalized recommendations and suggested content
  • Progress, streak, and activity tracking
  • Articles, audio, video, and guided programs
  • Premium features and subscription-based content

Yoga is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Activities carried out under your account
  • Informing us of any unauthorized access

You must meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the App.

You agree to use the App only in a lawful and proper manner. You may not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems
  • Copy, scrape, or misuse the App using automated tools without permission
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the App
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Yoga may process wellness-related or health-related data that you voluntarily provide or choose to connect through platform integrations such as Apple Health or Android Health Connect. By using the App, you acknowledge that such data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Yoga may offer optional paid subscriptions for premium features. In such cases:

  • Billing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account settings
  • Pricing may change with prior notice where required
  • Any refund rights are subject to the rules of the relevant app store platform

All content, features, branding, design elements, software, text, visuals, audio, video, and other materials within the App are owned by or licensed to Amatis Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

The App may use or link to third-party services, including payment, analytics, crash reporting, and health platform integrations. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party services. Your use of them may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal purpose or expectation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amatis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes loss of data, interruptions, reliance on wellness suggestions, or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may notify users through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required for operational, legal, or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir, Türkiye.
